Rearranging bookings
If you have booked a visit with us on this date, we would be happy to move your booking to another date. Please get in touch with our Reservations Team by emailing groups@yorkat.co.uk with your order reference number and the date and time you would like to move your visit to. Alternatively you can call us on 01904 615505.

As an educational charity we would be grateful if you are able to leave your booking with us, even if you do not have a date in mind at the moment – we can leave bookings on our system indefinitely, so we can re-book your visit when you are ready.

Cancellations
If you do not wish to rearrange your visit, then we can offer a full refund.
In order to process a refund we will need to speak to the cardholder on the phone to take the card details, as these are not stored on our booking system. Please call the Reservations Team on 01904 615505, and have your order reference number ready.**
